ASP.NET Web Document Viewer SDK Control License Agreement

Using the product indicates your acknowledgment that you have read this license and agree to its terms. 

By installing, copying or otherwise using the SOFTWARE, you agree to be bound by the terms of this LICENSE. 

Warning: The SOFTWARE is protected by copyright laws and international copyright treaties, as well as other intellectual property laws and treaties. The SOFTWARE is licensed, not sold.

The program is a shareware. You may evaluate it for period of 30 days. After this period you may not use the Software unless you pay the registration fee. You may share the unregistered Software with other people only if the Software is distributed in this original setup package. You may not give the registration numbers or registered versions of this software to other people nor use other people’s registration/registered version.

GRANT OF LICENSE 

This LICENSE grants you the following rights:

a. You may create commercial applications based on ASP.NET Web Document Viewer SDK Control and distribute them with your Desktop executables or web applications, no royalties required.

b. Your commercial applications cannot have Command-Line feature that exposes or wraps functionality of the Control to end user or non-licensed developer. 

c. You may NOT create a component that include ASP.NET Web Document Viewer SDK Control. You may not create a dynamic link library (DLL) that exposes or wraps functionality of the Control to a non-licensed developer.

d. You may NOT Distribute the REGISTERED COMPONENT INSTALLATION program or the license key in any way.

e.  Single Developer License. Allows to use ASP.NET Web Document Viewer SDK Control on a Single development computer. One license is required per machine. 

f.  Team Developer License. Allows to use ASP.NET Web Document Viewer SDK Control on a Four development computer. 

g.  Site Wide License. Allows to use ASP.NET Web Document Viewer SDK Control on Unlimited development computer at a single physical address.

h. This product is licensed for use by only one developer at a time. Viscom Software expressly prohibits installing this product on more than one computer if there is any chance that both copies will be used simultaneously. This restriction also extends to installation on a network server, if more than one workstation will be accessing the product. All developers working on a project which includes a Viscom Software product, even though not working directly with the product , are required to purchase a license for that product.
 
i. You may use the trial version for the limited purposes of demonstrations, trials and design time evaluations and running a product tour. You may not use the trial version to produce commercial works.

j. You may not alter, assign, create derivative works, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, distribute, lease, modify, sublicense or transfer the Software and modify the computer program or merge all or any part of it in another program. 

k. You may not rent or lease the SOFTWARE.

l. You may NOT transfer any of your rights under this LICENSE.


NO WARRANTIES.
Viscom Software expressly disclaims any warranty for the SOFTWARE PRODUCT.
THE SOFTWARE PRODUCT AND ANY RELATED DOCUMENTATION IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NONINFRINGEMENT.
THE ENTIRE RISK ARISING OUT OF USE OR PERFORMANCE OF THE SOFTWARE PRODUCT REMAINS WITH YOU.
NO LIABILITY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. IN NO EVENT SHALL VISCOM SOFTWARE OR ITS SUPPLIERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES WHATSOEVER (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF BUSINESS PROFITS, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, LOSS OF BUSINESS INFORMATION, OR ANY OTHER PECUNIARY LOSS) ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SOFTWARE PRODUCT
