Description:   

Set the fade edge of scrolling banner text if you set the EffectType =6.

Usage:   

VideoCap1.EffectScrollTextFadeEdge Parameter1,Parameter2

Parameter:

Parameter1- The time of fade in (0 - 1.0). (Data Type: double)

Parameter2- The time of fade out (0 - 1.0). (Data Type: double)

 

Return Value:

No Return value.
