• added SavePDF method. It can save to PDF file and keep original quality or save the file optimized for the web when input PDF file.
• added SavePDFWithPassword method. It can save to PDF file with password and select Encryption method or save the file optimized for the web when input PDF file.
• added SavePDFWithPermissions method. It can save to PDF file (keep original quality) with permission control or save the file optimized for the web when input PDF file.
• save the file optimized for the web means "Enable start reading and using PDF online before the entire PDF downloads". 
• updated VB6, VFP, C#2010, C#2019, VB.NET 2010, VB.NET 2019, VC General samples.
