Parameter
iBandIndex
Specifies the band number. The first band is zero index. The last band is 9.


The frequency of band 1 is 31 hertz.
The frequency of band 2 is 62 hertz.
The frequency of band 3 is 125 hertz.
The frequency of band 4 is 250 hertz.
The frequency of band 5 is 500 hertz.
The frequency of band 6 is 1000 hertz.
The frequency of band 7 is 2000 hertz.
The frequency of band 8 is 4000 hertz.
The frequency of band 10 is 16000 hertz.

fGain
Specifies the Gain.The rangle from -15 to 15. Default is 0.
