Symptoms
For Image Viewer CP Pro and Image Viewer CP Gold SDK ActiveX, When you open some PDF files with Advanced PDF Viewer plugin, the text content cannot display.Steps to Reproduce Behavior1. download the sample pdf from http://www.viscomsoft.com/doc/imageviewercpgold/cannotdisplaytext.zip , unzip it.2. set PDFUseAdvancedViewer property to true3. call FileName property or LoadMultiPage method to open cannotdisplaytext.pdf, the text content cannot display.
STATUSViscomsoft has confirmed this to be a bug in the Image Viewer CP Pro SDK ActiveX and Image Viewer CP Gold SDK ActiveX. This bug has been fixed in Image Viewer CP Pro SDK ActiveX 16.0 and Image Viewer CP Gold SDK ActiveX 14.0
